ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who was arrested on 25.03.2019 and remanded to judicial custody for the offences under Sections 147, 148, 341, 302 r/w 120(b) of IPC, in Crime No.129 of 2013 on the file of the respondent police, seeks bail.

2. This is the third bail application before this Court. The case of the prosecution is that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. Hence, the complaint.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner is no way connected with the alleged offence and he has been falsely implicated in this case and the petitioner has been in jail from 25.03.2019. He further submits that the co-accused have already been released on bail. Therefore, he prays to grant bail to the petitioner.

4. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondent submits that the petitioner along with other accused persons had murdered the deceased. He further submits that the petitioner was detained under Goondas Act. He further submits that there are 18 previous cases pending as against the petitioner and the investigation is still pending. Hence, he vehemently opposed for grant of bail to the petitioner.

5.Considering the fact that there are 18 previous cases pending against the petitioner and the investigation is still pending, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.

6. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed with a direction to the trial Court to complete the trial as expeditiously as possible.
