This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the second respondent to register and investigate the complaint given by the petitioner on 04.08.2015.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondents.

3. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 04.08.2015 by post. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the second respondent-Police and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and action shall be taken in accordance with law as laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court in Lalita Kumari Vs Government of Uttar Pradesh and Others in (2014) 2 SCC 1. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
