This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to direct the 2nd respondent to investigate and file charge sheet in the Crime No.830 of 2018 pending investigation on the file of the 2nd respondent.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing on behalf of the respondent police.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that though the respondents had registered a case in the above said crime number on 22.11.2018, no final report is filed till date.

4. The learned counsel for Government of Tamilnadu (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondents would submit that the 2nd respondent may be permitted to file a final report within https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

a period of two months.

5. In view of the above, the 2nd respondent is directed to either file a final report or closure report, as the case may be, within a period of two months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order under due intimation to the defacto complainant.

6. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
