(CRIME NO.177 OF 2021) Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.6731 of 2021 by its order dated 07.04.2021. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. S.VIJAYAKUMAR, Advocate for the Petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6731 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 323 and 506(ii) of IPC, in Crime No.177 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
