Appln.No.97 of 2023 Appln.No.97 of 2023 in I.P.No.60 of 2007 KRISHNAN RAMASAMY, J., This application was filed to order the closing of administration of the insolvency proceedings in I.P.No.60 of 2007.

2. The learned Official Assignee would submit that totally he had received 6 claims and all the said 6 claims have been settled. Therefore, no claim is pending. It was further submitted that this Court had annulled the order of adjudication vide its order dated 23.03.2016.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent debtor would also submit that all the dues have been settled and no outstanding due is pending.

4. Considering the submission, this Court is inclined to allow this application and close the administration of the insolvency proceedings in I.P.No.60 of 2007.
