This petition is filed to modify the condition imposed in para No.6(C) in Crl.O.P.No.5748 of 2026 dated 05.03.2026 on the file of this Court. 2.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has medical issues and that the defacto-complainant is intimidating him. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent, submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the conditions even for a single day. Therefore, this Court is of the firm view that, this is not an appropriate case to modify the conditions. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
