ORDER

After notice to the defacto complainant, the matter is listed today for consideration.

2. The first respondent police has produced CD file, which includes wound certificate of the defacto complainant and the statement of the defacto complainant, which implicates the petitioners herein.

3. However, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioners submits that on the alleged time and date, the petitioners both being practising Advocates at Krishnagiri Bar, were in the Court premises and Bar Association room and not at Thinnakoil Village, Rayakottai Road, Krishnagiri District. This is the alleged scene of occurrence. Since there is very important defence taken by the petitioners regarding alibi, the respondent police shall verify, whether they were really very much presence at the scene of occurrence or not and to make investigation and thereafter proceed in accordance with law. The said investigation should be completed within a period of one month from today. 2/4

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
