The Civil Revision Petition is filed to set aside the Fair and Final order dated 21.10.2024 passed by the learned I Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore in IA.No.4 of 2024 in OS.No.535/2022.

It is informed that the impugned order has already been given effect to since the Sub-Registrar on the very next day of the passing of the impugned order has appeared before the Trial Court and produced and marked the documents as asked for in the impugned order. Therefore, nothing survives for consideration in the above Civil Revision Petition.

4. In view of the above, the Civil Revision Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, the connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
