Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India praying for issuance of Writ of Mandamus, directing the 10th respondent to survey the properties situated at T.S.No.40, 41, 42, Block-2 Ward-3, Thiruvannamalai Town, Taluk and District of 11th respondent and consequentially issue direction directing the other respondents to extend their assistance to conclude the survey process by considering petitioner representation dated 03.03.2020.

ORDER
(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) The petitioner herein has come forward to file this writ petition seeking direction to the 10th respondent to survey the properties and take action against the persons, who have encroached.
2.The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the 9th respondent submitted that pursuant to the assignment made, the named encroachers have been identified and notices have been issued against them.
3. In such view of the matter, we direct the 9th respondent to conclude the above proceedings within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. If the proceedings are not concluded, the petitioner and the 11th respondent will have to be heard before passing appropriate final orders.
4.The writ petition stands disposed of accordingly. No costs.
