The writ of mandamus has been instituted to direct the 3rd respondent to issue 'Legal Heirship Certificate' to the petitioner in respect of her son namely deceased S.Perumal.
The application submitted by the petitioner seeking 'Legal Heirship Certificate' in respect of her deceased Son was not considered, in view of the fact that the petitioner has not provided the details about her daughter-in-law/4th respondent and the son of the deceased person. In the absence of providing all those details, the Authority may not be in a position to consider the application for issuance of 'Legal Heirship Certificate.' Thus, the petitioner is at liberty to submit all the requisite details as such sought for by the Authority. In the event of receiving all such informations, the respondents shall consider the application on merits and in Page No.2 of 4
accordance with law.

Accordingly, this Writ Petition stands disposed of. There shall be no order as to costs.
