CRIME NO.634 OF 2020.

Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para No.4 considering the said submission, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.6360 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11288 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police every first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m. until further orders, of this Honble Court on 17.12.2020 in Crl.M.P.No.8044 of 2020 in Crl.M.P.No.6360 of 2020 dated 16.10.2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11288 of 2020 dated 31.07.2020 and pass such further order.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.MARIAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.C.E.Pratap Government Advocate (Crl. Side)on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 4 of the order dated 17.12.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.8044 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.11288 of 2020

2. This Court, vide order dated 17.12.2020, directed the petitioner to appear before the respondent police every first and third Monday of every month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner is suffering from COVID-19, and hence, the petitioner has not complying with the conditions imposed by this Court. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed relaxing the condition by permitting the petitioner to appear before the respondent police once in a month i.e.on first working day of every month at 10.30 a.m, until further orders, after recovery of COVID-19. -sd/- 29/06/2021 This order, on being produced, be punctually observed and carried into execution by all concerned TRUE COPY Sub-Assistant Registrar (Statistics/C.S.)
