2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he has already deposited 20% of the cheque amount. Therefore, he seeks extension of time to deposit remaining 20% of the cheque amount.

3.Upon perusing the petition, this Court does not find any valid reason to entertain the present modification petition. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed.
