in C.P.No.375 of 2014 Krishnan Ramasamy,J., This Company Application is filed seeking the following prayers:- "i) To take the report on record ii) To pass suitable directions with regard to settlement of the bills for Rs.3,50,000/- claimed by the counsel in the matter of A.C.No.204 of 2021, and Com.A.P.No.79 of 2022 as mentioned in para Nos.2, 3 and 5 of the Report of the Official Liquidator. iii) To permit the Official Liquidator to make payment of a sum of Rs.12,090/- towards miscellaneous expenses towards (xerox) of claim petition documents as mentioned in the para No.4 of this report and iv) To permit the Official Liquidator to pay the sum amount from and out of the funds of the company in liquidation.

2. Ms.B.Ambili, Deputy Official Liquidator submitted that the present application is filed for payment of remuneration of learned arbitrator.
