(3) Awarding of Selection Grade and Special Grade scale of pay and arrears thereof; (4) Pay fixation as per recommendation of successive pay commissions and also (5) sanction family pension to the petitioner with effect from 30.08.2014.

Mr.V.Jayaprakash Narayanan, learned Special Government Pleader takes notice for the respondents.
2. The petitioner has come up with this writ petition, seeking a direction to the respondents to sanction and disburse the monetary benefits payable to her husband due to his death and other reliefs.
3. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that the petitioner would be satisfied in case a direction is issued to the first respondent to consider and dispose of the representation, dated 05.06.2015, within a stipulated period.
4. In view of the limited prayer now made, without going into the merits of the representation, dated 05.06.2015, the first respondent is directed to consider and pass appropriate orders on the representation submitted by the petitioner, dated 05.06.2015 on merits and in accordance with law, within a period of 12 weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
