CRIME NO.110 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m. until further orders. Imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No.6624 of 2021 Order dated 08.04.2021 on the file of this Honble Court and thereby render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SAGAYANATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.GOPINATH Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (This case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.6624 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 399 of I.P.C in Crime No.110 of 2021.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on every Monday at 10:30 a.m until further orders. This petition is ordered.
