By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The grievance expressed by the petitioner is that, despite the fact that she is the owner and in possession and enjoyment of the land admeasuring an extent of 7 acres and 95 cents in S.F.Nos.395/1 and 395/3 in Kannampalayam Village, Sulur Taluk, Coimbatore District and she is also having patta, chitta
and adangal in her name, when she intended to sell the said land in favour of a third party, it was refused to be registered on the ground that it belongs to Arulmighu Vaidhyanathaswamy Temple, Sulur vide proceedings of the third respondent and the petitioner in this regard, has filed statutory appeal before the first respondent on 04.04.2016 and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition. 3.Heard the submissions of Mr.P.Rajendran, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Suryanarayanan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents.
4.Though the petitioner prayed for a larger relief, this Court in the light of the above facts and circumstances and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's appeal petition dated 04.04.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice Arulmighu Vaidhyanathaswamy Temple, Sulur and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the said Temple.
