Since the subject property has been sold by the Official Liquidator through Court auction, a prayer has been sought for in this application seeking to raise the attachment effected prior to the sale.

Sufficient averments have been made in the affidavit filed in support of this application for seeking the relief as prayed for in this application. The documentary evidence is also available to show that the property was sold through Court auction by the Official Liquidator.

In view of the same, this application has to be allowed as prayed for.

Accordingly, this application is allowed as prayed for.
