C.M.P.No.10164 of 2019 is filed to condone the delay of 357 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement petition in C.R.P.(PD)No.85 of 2017; C.M.P.No.10166 of 2019 is filed to set aside the abatement on account of the demise of M.Arumugam, the 2nd respondent in C.R.P.; and C.M.P.No.10168 of 2019 is filed to bring on record the legal heirs of the deceased 2nd respondent as respondents 6 to 9 in the C.R.P.

2. Being satisfied with the reasons set out in the affidavits filed in support of these C.M.Ps., all the three C.M.Ps. are ordered. 27.11.2024 kj (1/2) Note:The Registry is directed to carry out necessary amendment in the revision.
