Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed in para 6(b) of the order made in Crl.O.P.No.2986/2021 dated 02.03.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. M.RAJKUMAR FRANKLIN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The Petitioners have filed this petition seeking to relax the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.2986 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Section 294(a), 323, 324, 506(2), 427 of IPC in Crime No.58 of 2021, while granting bail. 2.Heard the learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners are complying with the condition regularly. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioners are directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered.
