Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 A.M. and 5.30 P.M. until further orders in Crl.O.P.No7410 of 2021 dated 21.04.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. A. SUNDARAVADHANAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- The Petitioner has filed this petition seeking to relax the conditions imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.8151 of 2021 for the offences punishable under Sections 211,419,420,511 of IPC read with Section 134(a), 134(b) Motor Vehicles Act in Cr.No.159 of 2021, while granting anticipatory bail.

4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed by this Court is relaxed and the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police, as and when required for interrogation on receipt of summons. This petition is ordered accordingly.
