The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents 2 and 3 to sanction the loan to the petitioner under the TAHDCO Scheme, based on the petitioner's representation, dated 29.06.2020.
2. Loan under a Scheme is to be sanctioned by the Banks, subject to verification of eligibility and in accordance with the terms and conditions stipulated. The High Court cannot initiate any direction to sanction the loan or to consider the representation as such sought for in the present writ proceedings.
3. If at all the petitioner is eligible, then this case is to be considered scrupulously by following the procedures as contemplated. Thus, the relief as such sought for is misconceived and cannot be granted. 2/4
