O R D E R

This contempt petition has been filed seeking to punish the respondent herein for willful disobedience of the order dated 21.02.2018 in Crl.O.P No.4329 of 2018.

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing for the 2nd respondent, on instructions submitted that the complaint has been enquired and closed on 01.07.2019.

3. The present contempt petition is closed since the disobedience does not seem to be willful. If at all the petitioner is aggrieved, liberty is granted to him to challenge the closure report.
