This Criminal Original Petition is filed to direct the respondent to register the complaint based on the order in Crl.M.P.No.3161 of 2022 dated 07.09.2022 passed by the Learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate Court, Madhavaram.

2. Though the disputed temple is now under the control of the HR&CE Department, the complaint against the rival party, which is prior to that not yet been enquired so far. The direction of the Judicial Magistrate-cumDistrict Munsif, Madhavaram, on 07.09.2022 to register the complaint and file final report yet to be complied.

3. The Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) for the respondent states that preliminary enquiry will be completed and final report will be filed within a period of one month.
