[Order of this Court was made by R.SUBBIAH,J.] This Contempt Petition has been filed under Section 11 of Contempt of Courts Act, seeking an order to punish the respondent for willful disobedience of the order passed by the Family Court, Villupuram, in https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/2

Cont.P.No.950 of 2019 O.S.No.4 of 2017 and Counter Claim in O.S.No.4 of 2017 dated 17.12.2018.

2. Today, when the matter is taken up for consideration, the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submitted that the parties are arriving at a settlement and thus, he is not pressing to proceed further in this contempt petition.

3. Recording the above submission made by the learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner, the present Contempt Petition is closed.
