ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed for a direction, directing the first respondent to transfer the investigation in Crime No.194 of 2022 from the file of the second respondent to the file of the third respondent.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report was filed before the Judicial Magistrate No.III, Thirupathur. The same has been taken cognizance by the Trial Court in PRC No.15 of 2024.
