The petitioner has moved the present miscellaneous petition seeking to amend the Crime Number contained in the order dated 05.05.2021 in Crl.OP.No.8588/2021, which has been wrongly mentioned as 139/2021 instead of 131/2021. 2.

The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that by inadvertence the crime number has been wrongly mentioned and due to the same, despite grant of anticipatory bail by this court, the petitioner is unable to comply with the conditions mentioned therein. Hence he prayed for necessary amendment. 3.

Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the Crime Number, wherever it was mentioned as 139/2021 is hereby amended as 131/2021 in the order dated 05.05.2021 in Crl.OP.No.8588/2021. The petitioner is granted two more weeks for executing the sureties, from the date of receipt of copy of this order to comply with the conditions imposed in the above order. 4.
