Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased relax the condition that report before the respondent police every day at 10.30 a.m., for a period of two weeks and thereafter every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in the order dated 14/09/2020 in Crl.O.P.No.14267 of 2020 and pass such further or other orders as this Honourable Court may deem fit and proper and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.R.NALLIYAPPAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Clause 5(e) of the order dated 23.06.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.14267 of 2020 of 2021.

2. Today when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate( Crl side) appearing for the respondent has submitted that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this court even on single day.

3. Considering the submissions made by the Government Advocate (Crl side) that the petitioner has not complied with the condition imposed by this court even on single day. Hence, this Criminal Miscellaneous petition is dismissed.
