O R D E R

The relief sought for in the present writ petition is to direct the respondents to implement the order passed by the 2nd respondent dated09.03.2015.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner made a submission that the petitioner died.

3. The learned Additional Government Pleader appearing on behalf of the respondents relying on the counter made a submission that the land belongs to the petitioner is getting water through Madai No.8. With regard to the running of water to the land in Survey No.20, there is a dispute between two land owners.

4. In view of the facts and circumstances, no adjudication is required. If at all any grievances exist, the legal heirs of the deceased petitioner is at liberty to approach the competent authorities for redressal of their grievances.
