This application has been filed to bring on record the proposed 21st respondent in this application as legal heir of the deceased first respondent in O.P.No.17 of 2013 as 23rd respondent.

2. Learned counsel for the applicant has submitted that the first respondent passed away and 21st respondent in this application is the only legal heir of the deceased first respondent. Hence he seeks to allow this application.

3. Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the applicant that the 21st respondent is the legal heir of the first respondent, who passed away, and all the other respondents are formal respondents in this matter, this application is allowed.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner is directed to make suitable amendment in the petition and file the amended copy of the petition by 22.08.2022.

5. List the O.P on 23.08.2022.
