Mr.I.Bobby Portia Order This Civil Revision Petition has been filed, seeking for an early disposal of the I.A. No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 pending on the file of the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

2.The petitioner is the husband and the first respondent is his wife. The petitioner had filed H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 seeking for divorce. The said H.M.O.P. is pending before the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore.

During the pendency of the H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023, the first respondent/wife filed I.A. No.3 of 2024 seeking for an interim maintenance. 3.According to the learned counsel for the petitioner, I.A. No.3 of 2024 was argued and it has been reserved for orders by the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore. But till date, no orders are pronounced. Since the H.M.O.P. is of the year 2023, the petitioner seeks for an early disposal of I.A. No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 as well as for early disposal of the main H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 through this Civil Revision Petition.

4. No prejudice will be caused to any of the parties if a direction is issued to the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 and the main H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023, within a time frame to be fixed by this Court. 5.After giving due consideration to the grounds filed along with this Civil Revision Petition, this Court directs the II Additional Subordinate Judge, Coimbatore to dispose of I.A. No.3 of 2024 in H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023 and the main H.M.O.P. No.350 of 2023, on merits and in accordance with law within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.

6.Since no adverse orders are passed against the respondents, notice to the respondents is dispensed with.
