CRIME NO.65 OF 2021 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners shall report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders in Crl.O.P.No.7390 of 2021 dated 27.04.2021 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.M.DHARANI DHARAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.E. RAJTHILAK Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P.No. 7390 of 2021 on 27.01.2021.

2. Mr.E.Raj Thilak, learned counsel for Government of Tamil Nadu, (Crl. Side) would submit that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly.

3. Considering the said submission, the condition imposed on the petitioner is modified to the effect that the petitioner is directed to report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., Monday and Friday at 10.30a.m.
