ORDER

The present petition has been to dispense with the production of the original dated 20.05.2021 in W.P.no.11959/2021.

2. This Court vide order dated 20.05.2021 dismissed the writ petition in WP.No.11959 of 2021 dismissed the writ petition which involves disputed question of facts and the same cannot be decided by this Court. However, the third respondent therein filed the present contempt stating that the petitioner therein has not approached the competent civil Court, on the contrary, he has approached the Wakf Board claiming the subject property.

3. In such view of the matter, the petitioner has not committed any willful default and hence. the Sub Application is closed at the SR stage itself.
