ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- (The case has been heard through video conference) The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of respondent police for the offence punishable under Section 174 of Cr.P.C., 1973 subsequently altered into Section 306 of I.P.C. in connection with Crime No.2809 of 2020 filed this petition. This is the third anticipatory bail petition filed by the petitioner.

2. Earlier, this Court by an order dated 07.06.2021, directed the petitioner to deposit a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Thiruthani and directed the respondent police not to arrest the petitioner.

3. Today, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that he has no instructions with regard to the payment of the said amount.

4. Considering the fact that the petitioner is the main accused and there is no change of circumstance, this Court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed.
