Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Public Prosecutor for the respondent. 3.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner has sent a complaint dated 21.08.2015 by post to the respondent. The petitioner is directed to go in person and give a fresh complaint to the Respondent and on such complaint being given, the same shall be enquired into and take action in accordance with law.
