CRIME NO.75 OF 2020 Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the affidavit filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time stipulated to comply the condition of depositing original title deeds of immovable property worth Rs.20 Lakhs to the credit of Crime No.75 of 2020 and furnish sureties in the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.5288 of 2021 in Crl O.P.No.10089 of 2020 dated 29.04.2021 and thus render justice.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.K.SELVAKUMARASWAMY, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S. C.E.PRATAP, Govt. Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side).
