ORDER

With consent, the main writ petition itself is taken up for final disposal.

The petitioner claims that the property to an extent of 1071 sq. ft at Door No.5, Plot No.250, 10th Street, Ashok Nagar, Chennai originally belonged to his father S.Munusamy and it was allotted to him by the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board. The petitioner would further submit that his father after paying the dues, the Tamil Nadu Slum Clearance Board has also executed a deed of conveyance vide document No.1465/2000 and has put up the superstructure and lived there till his death. The petitioner on coming to know that one Tmt. Jothi has registered the sale deed in favour of her husband as power agent of his father, made an enquiry and came to know that after the demise of his father, she has managed to get the property registered in favour of her husband. Aggrieved over the same, the petitioner has made a representation dated 22-04-2015 to the respondent and since no orders has been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.

Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Additional Government Pleader for the respondent. 4.

This Court taking into consideration the claim made by the petitioner, direct the respondent to dispose of the representation dated 22-04-2015, after due notice to the parties concerned and communicate the decision as well as the steps taken to the petitioner.
