C O M M O N O R D E R The learned counsel appearing on behalf of the 1st respondent/workmen made a submission that the amount dues to him were settled in view of the fact that the amount of gratuity had been settled in favour of the workmen, no further adjudication is required in respect of the grounds raised in these writ petitions.

2.Accordingly, these writ petitions stand closed. However, there shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are also closed.
