ORDER

(This case has been heard through video conference) This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2295 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 on the file of the Vacation Judge (Criminal Side) at Tiruvallur .

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that, as per the condition imposed by the Court below in Crl.M.P.No.2295 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021, the petitioner had appeared before the Inspector of Police, Vellore South Police Station regularly and hence, he seeks for modification of the condition imposed.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the State submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly imposed by the Court https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

4. In view of the above submission, the condition imposed as against the petitioner in Crl.M.P.No.2295 of 2021 dated 12.05.2021 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders. The other conditions shall remain intact.

5. With the above directions, this Criminal Original Petition is ordered.
