J U D G M E N T

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by R.SUBRAMANIAN, J.) We do not see any merit in this Writ Appeal. The question raised is covered by the judgment of the Hon'ble Supreme Court in State of Punjab and Others Vs. Rafiq Masih (White Washer's case) reported in AIR 2015 SC 696. Moreover, the standing order prohibts recovery due to imposition of punishment of stoppage of increment at the verge of retirement.

2. Therefore, the Writ Appeal is dismissed. However, eight (8) weeks time, from today, is granted to comply with the order of the learned Single Judge. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed.
