Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and the filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.SIVAKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This miscellaneous petition has been filed seeking modification of the order dated 06.05.2021 passed by this Court in Crl.M.P.No.5696 of 2021 in Crl.R.C.No.277 of 2021.

When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this miscellaneous petition.
