By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.

2. Heard the submissions of the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.Rm.Muthukumar, appearing for the respondent, who today produced an endorsement bearing Na.Ka.No.18/2015 dated 30.06.2015, sent by the respondent to the petitioner, wherein it has been stated among other things that the petitioner for the purpose of getting the compensation in respect of the lands acquired under the Tamilnadu Acquisition of Land for Industrial Purposes Act, 1997 (Tamilnadu Act 10/99), has to appear along with sale deeds, parent documents as well as the encumbrance certificates upto 30.06.2015 before his office on any working day and hence, prays for appropriate orders.

3. In the light of the said development, nothing survives for adjudication as on today and therefore, the writ petition is closed. The petitioner shall appear before the respondent on 29.07.2015 along with the documents as required by the respondent vide his endorsement dated 30.06.2015 and the respondent on receipt of the documents required by him, shall consider the claim of the petitioner and pass https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

orders within a period of two weeks, thereafter and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner. The endorsement dated 30.06.2015 is placed on record. No costs.
