Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India to issue a Writ of Mandamus directing the 1st respondent to consider the representation dated 23.03.16 and to take appropriate action against the 3rd & 4th respondents within in a time stipulated by this Honourable Court.

By consent, the writ petition is taken up for final disposal.
2.The petitioner would claim that the road situated in Survey No.209/14-C, 12-A, 12-B, Nadukanjankollai village, Kattumannarkoil Taluk, Cuddalore District is a public path and the respondents 3 and 4 are preventing the conducting of Temple https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
Car procession through the said land which is a public pathway. In this regard, he has submitted a representation to the first respondent and since no orders have been passed, came forward to file this writ petition.
3.Heard the submissions of Ms.K.Rajalakshmi, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.D.Suryanarayanan, learned Government Advocate who accepts notice on behalf of the respondents 1 and 2.
4.This Court taking into consideration the limited scope of the prayer sought for by the petitioner and without going into the merits of the claim projected by the petitioner, directs the first respondent to consider and dispose of the petitioner's representation dated 23.03.2016, on merits and in accordance with law, after putting on notice the respondents 3 and 4 and pass orders, within a period of ten weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and communicate the decision taken to the petitioner as well as to the private respondents. 5.The writ petition is disposed of accordingly. No costs. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is also closed.
