ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by M.M.SUNDRESH, J.) Though the petitioners have challenged the impugned order passed by the 2nd respondent, the learned Special Government Pleader appearing for the 1st respondent and the learned standing counsel appearing for the 2nd respondent submitted that the appeal petition filed by the petitioners is pending consideration with the 1st respondent.

2. In such view of the matter, we do not want to express anything on merits. However, taking note of the pendency of the appeal, we only call upon the 1st respondent to dispose of the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

same within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. It is needless to state that till such time, the status quo as on today shall be maintained.

3. Accordingly, this writ petition stands disposed of. No costs. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petitions are closed.
