Respondents Prayer: Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India for issuance of a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus to call for the records of the order passed by the third respondent in ROC No.114515/2021/C1 + ROC No.9582-A/2022/C3 dated 23.02.2022 and quash the same and consequently direct the respondent to grant arrears of pay by implementing the 7th CPC Salary, Dearness Allowance, Bonus, Leave Surrender, DCRG, Pension and other benefits as available to a regular Government servant as per the order of this Court in A.No.2293 of 1993 dated 23.04.1993 and consequently forbear the respondents from discontinuing or reducing the salary payable to the petitioners without following the due process of law.
