The prayer sought for in the present petition is relax the condition totally, as against the order imposed in Crl.M.P.20170 of 2017 dated 18.12.2017 by the learned Principal Session Judge, Chennai.

2.Heard Mr.R.C.Paul Kanagaraj, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and MrsV.Saratha Devi, learned Government Advocate (Criminal side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Considering the submission made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, this Court is inclined to modify the order. Hence, the order passed by the learned Principal Sessions https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Judge, Chennai in Crl.M.P. No.20170 of 2017 dated 18.12.2017 to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required.
