Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein the High Court will be pleased to relax the condition that was imposed on the petitioners that the petitioners shall report before the respondent police on every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m. until further orders by this Hon'ble Court in its order dated 13.08.2020 passed in Crl.M.P.No.4759 of 2020 in Crl.O.P.No.9608 of 2020 and pass such further or other orders Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition and upon hearing the arguments of M/S. V.S.SENTHILKUMAR, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.C.E.PRATAP Govt. Advocate (Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent the court made the following order:- (The case has been heard through video conference) The present petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Para 7 Clause (d) of the order dated 13.08.2020 passed by this Court in Crl.O.P.No.9608 of 2020

2. This Court, vide order dated 13.08.2020 directed the petitioner to report before the respondent police daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.

3. Learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submits that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court.

4. In the above circumstances, this petition is allowed by modifying the condition that till filing of the charge sheet, the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police on the 1st working day of every English Calender month at 10.30 a.m, and thereafter, the petitioner is directed to appear before the concerned court on each and every hearing dates at 10.30 a.m, until further orders.. Except the above modification condition, all other conditions imposed by this Court in its order dated 13.08.2020 stand unaltered.
