CMP.Nos.10363 and 10385 of 2023 are filed to condone the delay of 173 days and 116 days in filing the petition to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased/2nd appellant and deceased/4th appellant respectively in the present Second Appeal.

2. CMP.Nos.10471 and 10474 of 2023 are filed to set aside the abatement caused due to the death of the deceased/4th appellant and deceased/2nd appellant respectively in the present Second Appeal.

3. CMP.No.10366 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the 5th to 8th appellants herein as the legal heirs of the deceased/2nd appellant in the present Second Appeal.

4. CMP.No.10388 of 2023 is filed to bring on record the 9th and 10th proposed appellants herein as the legal heirs of the deceased/4th appellant and rank them as appellants 9 and 10 in the present Second Appeal.

5. Heard the learned counsel for the appellants and the respondents. The learned counsel appearing for the respondents stated no objection for allowing the above petitions.

6. Being satisfied with the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these Miscellaneous Petitions are ordered as prayed for.
