ORDER

This Criminal Original petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed by the learned VI Additional Sessions Judge, Chennai, on 02.03.2026 in Crl.M.P.No.1983 of 2026, while granting bail.

2. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the respondent.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that though there is no condition requiring the petitioner to make a fixed deposit for a sum of Rs.10,000/-, the learned Judge has insisted upon such a deposit. However, this Court finds that there is no material in the present petition to consider the said contention.
