The Writ petition has been filed for a direction to the first respondent to receive the land rent as sought vide representation dated 24.08.2015.
2. Today, when the matter was taken up for consideration, the learned counsel for the petitioner fairly submitted that the petitioner may be granted liberty to approach the Wakf Board with regard to the relief sought for in this writ petition.
3. Granting such liberty to the petitioner, this writ petition is disposed of. No costs.
