The relief sought by the petitioner in this writ petition is to direct the respondents to sanction earned leave, unearned leave to his credit as well as Special Provident Fund in accordance with fundamental rule Viz., 86(a) (i) (ii) (iii) to the petitioner.

2. Today, when the matter was taken up for hearing, learned counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the earned leave, unearned leave as well as Special Provident Fund in accordance with fundamental rule Viz., 86(a) (i) (ii) (iii) has been sanctioned to the petitioner vide proceeding in Na.Ka.No.3190/2020/K2 dated 18.07.2023 by the District Collector,

to that effect in the case bundle.

4. In view of the above, nothing survives in this writ petition for further adjudication. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs.
